The Forum intends to run Thematic E-discussions. Every month we will choose a topic and focus an e-discussion on that topic. We intend that each e-discussion be launched by a key-note paper/article that summarises the issues, lays out the different alternatives and provokes readers to think and throws down a challenge. WE shall try and involve people with a very wide spectrum of backgrounds and expertise to participate. The result we believe will be a multi-disciplinary engagement that will bring out the many aspects of the issue, and hopefully encourage out-of-the-box thinking, and who knows, even evolve a broad consensus that can become the basis of a conflict resolution strategy pertinent to the issue!

The e-discussion will be summarised in the form of a review article after the discussion has run its course. All posts in the current e-discussion will be available directly. Earlier discussions will be available in the archives.

We are still in the preparatory phase of this activity. We do not intend to start until we have some firm idea of the first three or four e-discussions.
