The Forum would function more like a loose network. Presently the Forum works through a central secretariat located at SOPPECOM and we expect a few state/regional level centres to be set up in the near future to coordinate the various activities of the Forum in those states/regions. We appeal to all organizations and institutions (academic institutions, NGOs, Civil Society Organisations) People’s Movements, and individuals who are working on water issues or concerned about these issues to become members of the Forum.
