The Forum for Policy Dialogue on Water Conflicts in India is happy to invite you to the panel discussion on "Can water conflicts in India be resolved by putting water in Concurrent list, particularly in the context of impact of climate change on hydrological cycle?" to be held on 16 November from 5 to 8 pm at Indian National Science Academy, New Delhi. We just came to know from Doraiswamy of Jalaspandana that Shri K.V. Rao expired due to cardiac arrest on 24 August 2009 at 8 pm at his residence Kolluru village and mandal, near Tenali, Guntur District. As you all know he has been closely associated with the work of the Forum for Policy Dialogue on Water Conflicts in India and in the first phase he was also part of the Steering Committee.
